Foreign audio is a speciality that we enjoy as it gives us the chance to show off our team. We have worked on many foreign dubs as well as originating training and marketing audio to help businesses break into new markets.

The samples in the audio file are from clients who needed to present material in French for a speaking metering system, English for an NHS patient video, Japanese for London tours, Welsh for the Welsh Assembly and German for a touring World War 2 exhibition.

Other projects have required Korean, Russian, Spanish and Italian. We have over a hundred languages available to us either locally or via our associated experts.

 

Interviews can serve a number of purposes but are particularly effective when employed as a marketing tool.

The selection we have added here were to promote a series of radio programmes about those deciding to move to France. Its aim was to provide a realistic approach to moving as well as invite listeners to tune in.

The series was broadcast across 2008/9 on Expatsradio and has been picked up and linked to by many international websites. It was extremely effective and a new series is being put together.

The interviews were recorded at exhibitions, on ferries and at the homes of those thinking of leaving. Our mobile facilities are small so we were able to travel quickly and cheaply thus providing a fast turnaround at sensible cost.

 

Talking books have become very popular with those on the move. This format allows anyone with their hands occupied to be able to listen to the spoken word. Over recent months it has become clear that a large number of authors who publish special interest material would like to have an audio version available. We have chosen two. The first is a fragment from an author specialising in expatriate short stories. The second is a writer and broadcaster who focuses on lifestyle issues.

Naturally enough any book can be turned into an audio book but those with a large amount of dialogue will be more costly if additional voices and effects are required. Quite often with the continual progress of technology, authors come to us with pre-recorded audio and ask us to do the work necessary to make it into a finished production. Whichever way you go, we are happy to be your facility of choice.
